Authenticity
Every fragrance sold by D' Frag is sourced sealed from authorised distributors. Batch codes are recorded before dispatch and can be verified on request. Any item proven inauthentic is refunded in full.
Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka and include applicable duties. Orders are confirmed once our team reaches you on the WhatsApp number provided at checkout.
Shipping
Delivery inside Dhaka is charged at ৳80 and typically arrives within 24 hours. Delivery outside Dhaka is charged at ৳130 and arrives within 2 to 4 working days. Advance payment is required for all orders outside Dhaka.
Payment
We accept bKash, credit and debit cards, and cash on delivery inside Dhaka. Cash on delivery is unavailable outside Dhaka.
Returns
Unopened, factory-sealed items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened fragrances can only be returned if the item is damaged or incorrect. Return shipping on our error is covered by us.
Privacy
Customer details collected at checkout are used solely to fulfil and support your order. We never sell or share your information with third parties.
